During my stay in Latvia I’m finding out many different views that a normal tourist doesn’t see. To live in a city is a completly different experience than a visit of some days.
So the main goal of these lomographic photos is to trasmit this part of Latvia where the evidences of Russian communism era are still very clear.
These photos were taken at Queima das Fitas and at Latada, these are the two most important student’s parties of Coimbra. The first one takes place in May while the second one, Latada, happens in beggining of November.
These are unique parties where students can enjoy music concerts, dj performance, sports and cultural activities, and the special parade where students get very “happy”!

One month more of Latvia experience and few photos more to share with you! It has been quite a rich period for me, I am living new experiences all the time , overcome barriers is a day-to-day task. Definitly the language is the biggest challenge , if you could speak their language things would get much easier. Still I like to be here and I like to live this life.
